Our specialty is to increase Net Operating Income (NOI) while improving occupant comfort. We are adept at the evaluation, design, tuning and troubleshooting of extremely high efficiency chiller based HVAC and TES systems in new and existing buildings. We have won numerous federal and ASHRAE awards. We average around 0.55 kWh per ton-hour for the entire chiller system, including all chillers, pumps and CT's, and our work typically reduces tenant complaints by over 80%, while dramatically cutting energy use.
