If Application is received after December 31, 2008, 80% of investigation cost is covered. Cost is typically capped at $0.10 per square foot (paid directly to provider)
Implementation	Implementation incentives and advice for implementing retrocommissioning measures	Custom incentive applied to measures with a simple payback of longer than one year (paid directly to Owner)
Follow-Up	Documentation and training on selected measures EPA Energy Performance Rating (ENERGY STAR® benchmark)	Custom incentive ranging from $3,000 - $10,000 (paid directly to RCx Provider) Enrollment for one building staff person in the Building Operator Certification (BOC) Program
